Unique taste created by combining nature and top steak gastronomy. This and more is in the background of our head chef Jiří Dittrich, who has come to Olomouc bringing top produce from regional farms and re-inventing the way meat is stored and prepared.

 

His experience from steakhouses both domestic and abroad enables him to create a culinary one-man show which takes place in the central part of the restaurant, where you can watch the entire meat preparation process, from the steak removal from the maturing chamber to the cooking itself and serving, all before your very eyes.
